I will change the stars later on- but my primary here is Dr. R.Barroso and all the amazing things everyone says about him are absolutely true. He’s been like that since the start of his career and I’m sure he’s as attentive, patient, and experienced as he was -if not more. My father used to see him, and then I started seeing him for a few things. My mother and sister saw Dr. Alonso. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Barroso for many years and truly appreciate his personable nature, accuracy, and genuine care. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience with the front desk staff. Yesterday, I called three times regarding a severe persistent cough and each time I was told I’d receive a follow-up, but I never did. As of today, I still haven’t heard back. I have been going to Dr Barroso for years fir yearly check ups. Recently I had a medical condition where I needed to see Dr Barroso. I called the office multiple times to request and appoint with Dr Barroso. They said he can not see me that he's booked and never gave me an appointment. I don't recommend this office at all. The Dr is never available. In addition Dr Barroso completely mis diagnosed my condition some time early during my yearly check up. This Dr is unavailable and the service in the office is very poor.

My entire family has been there since it first opened, and they were treated so badly a few years ago that they all left. I never found a good primary to replace Dr. Barrosos or Dr. Alonso who i was seeing as my first adult doc. I am now 35. i’ve been one or there first patients at the location, and after my sister and parents being totally ignored and not given appts —i’ve now experienced this in the last few years plus. I saw his PA today, but he just walked in and said “don’t have time - you can only tell me two things!” ... read more
