Excellent care with Dr Merrill Ong. Highly recommend.
I had an appointment with Dr. Sidney Lisser, and it was extremely distressing. He said he needed to perform an exam that would cause pain but never asked about my comfort level or explained what to expect. During the exam, his hand movements inside my mouth were harsh and forceful, including strong pressure on my front teeth. There was no communication or chance for me to stop or respond.
