I can't believe I was just charged $97 for an almost unintelligible phone consult just to get a single script because I was pressured into switching it to telehealth last minute or I'd miss out on my appointment entirely. I was disgusted to find that just to get a over phone e script sent to me they charged me $51 I use to go to this clinic before I moved to Brisbane and was never charged. A actual consultation i can understand however, for just an e script your clinic is a rip off never again. I will be calling my previous doctor who issues my scripts for free! With the way living crisis is these days you would think just for a script you would never be charged!!! Disappointed for an lgbtqi service and hiv how dare you charge us that much
Overall a good clinic with new fittings throughout (better than previous location) it's located in the very overrated overpriced 'pride' centre, there are some great doctors there but for some reason they are unable to retain GP's? Nursing staff is good ( if they stay) I'm glad the nurse called Daniel left/made to leave as he was a rude & unfriendly man who always seemed to complain. Dr Rafal Hirmiz gives you that unpleasant feeling that she couldn't care less about you and would rather be somewhere else. Avoid.
$90 for 11 minutes. Apparently they don't have time to take blood despite the fact it would take 5 minutes, necessitating taking an hour of stuffing around to save them 5 minutes. Not ok.
