I love the Centre so so so so so so so much. I go there every once in a while now but during the summer im there all day everyday. Its basically like my second home. The staff there is like family and everyone is very nice and funny. The staff really know how to interact with the guests and kids that go there on a regular basis. Good place to hang out especially in the summer and I really recommend getting a membership. Made so many good memories there and always enjoy spending my time there. I wanted to keep this private between myself and the managers at The Centre, but since it has been three weeks and I haven’t had any reply I am forced to go public. I submitted this paragraph to the membership inquiry weeks ago and I have not been contacted since. Since this email things have gotten worse and the only person who we could count on for membership questions, Sidney, has now left due to how bad of a manager Bradley is. Unfortunately what started off as a great experience quickly went south. In the summer, I felt the lifeguards spent more time talking amongst eachother huddled around the lifeguard stand of who was on duty than they spent doing their job so they seemed almost useless to have there. The outdoor play area and pool are closed for more than 1/3 of the year so you're limited to the indoor pool however if you look at the calendar, there are always classes scheduled in the indoor pool area and open swim is available during such a s... read more
