I would give a zero if I could. The attitude of the LNAs leave something to be desired. The room was cleaned the day before. The phone was not cleaned. There was coffee all over the phone. candy on the night stand. with one of the clients having covid. I would think sanitation would be at the top of the list. Missing laundry. This Isn't everything. I could go on and on.
