Was my first visit to the new building yesterday. Was glad to see the PTs from the Germantown office there
Easy, friendly and comprehensive.
I like that they do not push for anything and try to include the patient in the decision making. I do not appreciate (and hence my 2-star rating) their double scheduling patients for the same time slot/doctor, and then being rushed through. Basically, on two occasions, I had to wait for close to an hour to be seen for 10 min by Dr. Street. Patients' time is NOT less valuable than doctors' time. If you value your time, avoid this practice.
