Gave four stars because there was no one to open building at 535a.m. I had a 630a.m. surgery. Was told to be there by 535 promptly. Tried calling phone no. on door recording said building open 535. Tried getting a “nurse “ by menu prompt. Nothing. Very nerve wracking. We were still standing outside building after 6. Luckily a technician came by and let me (and my husband/driver) in.
