I came to Frederick from the French Riviera to visit family. In France I offer gong bath meditations. Needing a bit of wellness time for myself I googled gong bath Frederick and found Mike & Mauren. This place is incredible! I just completed my second breathwork workshop with Kelly, and it was absolutely amazing. The practice is helping me let go of old patterns and gain clarity about what I truly want. I highly recommend these sessions and plan to attend as many as I can. I'm so grateful to have discovered this transformative practice at such a beautiful studio!
Had a group of four for the sound bath. Amazing!! They explained everything and answered all of our questions. Made us feel at home and we left so relaxed. Like we had had a massage. Will definitely do again.
