This place is incredible! I just completed my second breathwork workshop with Kelly, and it was absolutely amazing. The practice is helping me let go of old patterns and gain clarity about what I truly want. I highly recommend these sessions and plan to attend as many as I can. I'm so grateful to have discovered this transformative practice at such a beautiful studio!
Had a group of four for the sound bath. Amazing!! They explained everything and answered all of our questions. Made us feel at home and we left so relaxed. Like we had had a massage. Will definitely do again.
Amazing experience for the mind, body, and soul. Gong meditations are transitioning and transforming from the inside out. It is a celebration of the opportunity to sync with the cosmos in a fresh new way. Numerous other classes offered to meet all my changing needs.
