Initially I was impressed with the professionalism here but it's been over a month since I completed my presurgical exams and I can get NO ONE to return my calls or give me a surgery date. I am in excruciating pain. My PCP has called them. They just have a message saying they are implementing a new system to improve patient access. Well it sure must be a great system since I can 't get access at all.
