Everyone they hire is a psychologist. The office staff are friendly and helped me figure out my insurance plan. My psychologist was great.

They've always been very reliable, and only cancel my appointment if there's an extreme emergency. . Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional. Very intelligent counselor - to the point and direct. Did not drag things out.
Does this psychologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
