The employees are fantastic and have hearts to help children and families.
Bridget was a great case worker and very enjoyable to work with. This is an extremely traumatic and difficult line of work to be in and am thankful for the work they are doing. My heart is broken in half because our foster child left so giving you a fair warning that could be a part of your experience too though i hope its not.
incompetent case workers!!! The only reason I gave one star is, because I had to so this would post. I absolutely give it zero stars. DCFS should terminate the contract with this agency. Adding to my review from 6 months ago. The case worker we had for a year, is a liar! She will lie right to your face, it makes me not want to be a foster parent any longer. These people don't help, they lie on numerous pple. All they want is the money they get for each adoption. The pple there r all rude n think they r better than everyone else. They also can't keep pple. They quit because they r doing innocent pple dirty
