Omg! I don't know where to start. I'll say this; CYFS in Champaign IS BAD WITH SERVICE! They have TOO MANY cases. They also treated me like my opinion didn't matter! They have an issue with hiring people who quit shortly afterwards because the supervising staff don't want to help families regain custody of their child. Jess Firmand lied in her testimony in court. I proved it and the Regional Director LIED to her supervisor and said their exist a cordial respectful relationship between CYFS and I.
