Great job by Dr. Larson and the whole staff. They are attentive and compassionate. My jaw was locked for six week, but after several months of treatment and appliances, I have been pain free for months. I’m grateful for their efforts.
I’ve been seeing Dr Larson for TMJ but also have sleep apnea. It was very expensive ( hence 4*) for exams & appliances but am already feeling the difference in my jaw placement. I’ve been suffering for years & finally found the right place. I’m not clear why there’s mixed reviews but staff is great & so is Doctor.
We decided to contact Preferred Sleep Solutions after hearing an advertisement on the radio about them being in network with BCBS. We started this process over 7 months ago and to this day we have had to continue to reach out and find out where we are in the process. They advised us we needed to file primarily with Tricare so we started that process, submitted everything that was required and received an email stating we were ready to go (17th email to be exact) and we had prior authorization, great right? I have never slept so well. Dr. Kempter took the time to review my difficulty sleeping. He created a dental sleeping device for me and I have never slept better in my life.
Dr Kempter and Preferred sleep solutions is awesome! The whole process was straight forward. No surprises! The front desk staff was fantastic. Explained exactly what I should expect as far as insurance and coverage. The girl that did the test was fantastic.
