Dr. Bernadette Profeta is not a qualified surgeon because she performed an ileocecectomy on me, removing part of the colon and ileum, leaving a horrible scar on my abdomen due to appendicitis. She told me that my colon was very inflamed and that part should be removed. But the CT they did the same day before the surgery and the pathology report after the surgery deny her. She never discussed other alternatives, the proposed intervention's risks and complications, or asked about my preferences.
