The center for sleep medicine had been really attentive and had helped me understand a lot about sleep apnea. All of the staff there are very nice and professional. They helped me understand how to use the cpap machine and I have had a great experience with the Center for sleep medicine and their staff.
Did a sleep study in 2021. I have never seen a Doctor. Once a year they insist I make an appointment to update my CPAP supplies.The appointmentis always with a PA. The appointment is done via video call. The PA is always professionaland nice, but the call is useless. The PA asks how I am doing and if I have any questions. The answer is I'm doing good and don't have any questions because you made me do the call. When I do have a problem the office does not answer the phone. They want to communicate by email.
