Difficult to work with. Making the appointment was fine. However, medical insurance claimed they were fully paid -- and yet I kept getting billed. Despite several attempts to reach the center (phone, email & physical mail), I was unable to ever reach anyone to get the codes with which to appeal the matter. Finally the Center for Sleep Medicine sent the entire matter to collections. If you go here, assume that you will pay the entire cost. Abigail is friendly and professional in all aspects. I have been a client since 2013 and client service has always been excellent.
The doctor did not follow best practices. He was not patient focused and lacked effective communication.
I was dealing with some fatigue and wanted to rule out any potential sleep issues. So I did a at home test and it turned out to be mostly fine with some SUPER MINOR concerns. To really rule it out I agreed to do the in person sleep study, as recommended by the doctor. Very nice lady who helps set you up for the study and monitor you. Rooms feel like a rundown motel from the 70's with a rockhard bed, but whatever. Results came out fine minus the finger attachment i slipped off a few times.
