I have been to the Libertyville office a couple of times. I had no problems. Then I had an appointment on December 8 2020. The Dr. ordered a new cpap machine for me. I told the woman who does the ordering that I have to have it processed ASAP due to insurance issues. I was told the machine would be delivered in 2 weeks which would be Dec. 22.
