Been trying to make an appointment for over a month. New patient coordinator never answers the phone and the receptionist said getting a hold of them was the only way to make an appointment. Very poor customer service.
Everyone was very professional, helpful, and kind. Each person I interacted with explained every step of the processes and procedures. My entire experience was positive.
I don’t write many reviews, but these guys went above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to have a perfect experience from start to finish, but The Center for Sleep Apnea did in every way. Everyone on the team was awesome to work with and focused on getting it right. Dr. Kuehne was especially helpful and took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the treatment was a great fit for me. Highly recommend in every way.
Beware of this facility. It represents everything that is wrong with greed in healthcare. Don't be fooled by the nice appearance of the location. 1) there is only one doctor who only sees the patient during the first initial consult for oral appliance for sleep apnea. He doesn't do any follow up visits with patients after it. 2) after patients are seen only once by doctor, your follow up visits including for oral appliance fitting are with 'clinicians.'.
