I have been to the Center several times and have started using my appliance for sleep apnea. Dr. Kuehne was very helpful at my first appointment, and I have been back for a couple of checkups. All staff members I have met thus far have been friendly, professional, and helpful. My most recent appointment was today, and Susie was my technician. She is wonderful -- so patient, listens carefully, and helped me decide my best path forward.

The Billing lady, I believe her name is ROSEMARY, ruined this experience. I was covered by Medicaid and the company was supposed to check on coverage. After waiting for 2 months to be seen for an appointment for a "Sleeping device" the clinic failed to contact insurance or follow through with telling me what was covered. Prior to my appointment and at check in the lady at the front desks says that there will be a billing person to speak with me before my appointment. They certainly stand behind their work and they don’t nickel and dime you to death.
From the reception desk to the dental assistant to the Dentist then to billing and authorization to follow up care, my experience was flawless. I have suffered with bruxism and broken teeth and jaw pain my entire life. My experience with it all has just been learning to suffer with it, Until now.
