I’m very impressed with this clinic and all of the staff. The building was neat, tidy and elegant but you could tell they take patient care seriously! I got to work with the tech Susie. Genuine soul. She made me feel very comfortable and prepared. Dr. Cameron was so kind and so professional. I spend a lot of time in doctors offices and this one is by far my favorite. I cannot recommend Dr. Cameron and his team enough. Thank you so much for such a welcoming atmosphere.
I am not currently a patient here, and after my experience trying to simply schedule a consultation, I definitely won’t be. Since last Friday, I have called the office multiple times attempting to schedule an appointment for TMJ treatment. I left several voicemails and never received a single callback. Beware of this facility. It represents everything that is wrong with greed in healthcare. Don't be fooled by the nice appearance of the location. 1) there is only one doctor who only sees the patient during the first initial consult for oral appliance for sleep apnea. He doesn't do any follow up visits with patients after it. 2) after patients are seen only once by doctor, your follow up visits including for oral appliance fitting are with 'clinicians.'. Very impressed with everything from the front desk girls always being helpful. Maggie is wonderful. Saylor has been prompt at any adjustments. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend
