I don’t write many reviews, but these guys went above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to have a perfect experience from start to finish, but The Center for Sleep Apnea did in every way. Everyone on the team was awesome to work with and focused on getting it right. Dr. Kuehne was especially helpful and took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the treatment was a great fit for me. Highly recommend in every way.
Beware of this facility. It represents everything that is wrong with greed in healthcare. Don't be fooled by the nice appearance of the location. 1) there is only one doctor who only sees the patient during the first initial consult for oral appliance for sleep apnea. He doesn't do any follow up visits with patients after it. 2) after patients are seen only once by doctor, your follow up visits including for oral appliance fitting are with 'clinicians.'. Dr. Kuehne and the clinical staff are excellent—they took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and ensure the best possible fit of my dental appliance. While they do get busy, especially toward year-end, they’re one of the few places with a cancellation list that actually follows up when there's an opening. After a minor scheduling issue, Dr. Kuehne genuinely listened to my feedback, thoughtfully considered it, and provided ways to ensure it doesn’t happen again. The clinical staff and device consultation & initial fitting are 5 stars, but scheduling an adjustment isn’t as quick and easy as promised. There’s typically a 1–2 week wait, and if you reschedule by phone but don’t confirm right away, your original appointment may be canceled without email notification. With no web portal to check appointments and the office closed Friday–Sunday, verifying your schedule can be frustrating.
