The ultrasound tech, Leigh, in Pensacola had very poor bedside manner during our visit. This was our first ultrasound to see our baby and we were extremely excited. Everyone in the office was amazing. They were so kind and educated you right along the way. I was so grateful for the time spent in the offices. Setting up appointments were a breeze. The phone tree goes to their Alabama office.
I have called this place every day for a week straight to book appointments as an egg donor & every single time they tell me the person is not in office that can book my appointments! Or I call and they take a message saying I will get a call back & NOTHING . I couldn’t imagine someone trying to reach their office who’s actually trying to conceive/build a family having to deal with this staff! It’s nerve racking they will be monitoring me through this process and they can’t even take a simple phone call !
