We visited this clinic for a 9:15 am appointment, and we arrived 10 minutes early. Everything was ok with the intake process, and we paid our fee. We then waited for 45 minutes as 5 other patients who arrived after us were taken before my wife. I asked when they were going to take my wife back as many people who arrived for later appointments were taken before her. The ultrasound tech, Leigh, in Pensacola had very poor bedside manner during our visit. This was our first ultrasound to see our baby and we were extremely excited. She began by taking measurements and a few minutes into the scan my husband asked a simple question—whether what we were seeing was the baby’s head—but she did not respond.
