Be aware, if they try to bill your insurance and have an issue, even if the issue is a fault of their own, they will charge you (without notifying you) of every cent they can take from you. They will do so despite them signing a contract with the insurers to bill them, and despite it being against the law to bill you without your consent for specified charges. My experience with this therapy practice has been absolutely positive. I enjoyed the therapist that I saw and my wife also saw a different therapist there and had a great experience. We had an insurance issue and the front office was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I highly recommend this center.
I can’t recommend this place. I started seeing someone starting in October who left the practice in early January. I started seeing someone else here starting in late January who left the practice in April. Neither were handled well. I was given the option to continue with the first person I saw at their new practice but they stopped communicating with me almost immediately. Im done waiting for a response... backstory A few months ago, my wife and I went to see someone. And while I was happy with the therapist we seen, the first appt I knew would be out of pocket cost. We became insured the 2nd visit and called to get an updated per visit payment cost early in the week, with the appt being Saturday.
