Very interesting experience (or lack there of). My sister has autism and my family decided to help her get the support she needs. After filling out the "New Patient" form, the office contacted my sister asking her to call back for an appointment. Due to her mental illness, she has a hard time communicating and becomes anxious when talking to new people. I decided to phone in and explained that I was calling on her behalf.
