Very disappointed… I took my daughter as a walk- in. I called and they stated they took walk-in until 11:00 am. I was in line by 10:50 am and when I went to sign in my daughter the receptionist stated they only take walk-ins until 11:00 am. The receptionist told me she needed to check if they can take her. I told her it is 10:55 am. The receptionist turned and stated very rudely that there is a line. At that point I told her not to worry I will take my daughter somewhere else. They are quick, helpful, and friendly at PCW. Any time I’m feeling ill, I can walk in and expect to be seen in under 15 min.
