Dentist appointments have always been a pleasant and comfortable experience for me, and I am not one who necessarily likes my mouth being poked and prodded with sharp instruments! I went to Dr. Bates Senior, and now see his son for all of my dental needs. He is thorough, caring, and is just a great person all around. His staff is wonderful. The new office is beautiful! I actually look forward to going to see Dr. Bates as the staff is great and they ensure you know what work really needs to be done and what can wait if it has to.
