Not a good experience. I walked In to get paperwork. The woman working at the front desk was kind, but this woman came from the back who worked there and was very rude. She just stood up looking at me and I said "hi" with no hi back. Other review is right about horrible customer service. The woman was also extremely morbidly obese and not really the model for health or mental health. I will have to go elsewhere. Made to feel uncomfortable.
Absolutely horrible customer service! If you have to take any classes here make sure you don't pay in advanced. You will definitely have your time wasted here!!!
An overall good experience for seeking mental health help
The Center For Mental Health is a wonderful place. The counselors truly take care of their patients.
This place is no help. Not for mental help, not to pay your bill for your useless “help” provided here, nothing. I’ve had issues with the front desk, the billing, and quality care team. Anyone needing true help, find another place that actually cares. You are far better off.
