Before meeting with Sophie, I was struggling with life as a whole, and had no idea why. After meeting with her for over a year now, I have a clear picture of my mental health landscape. This has helped me come up with ways I can better my mental health. One thing I really like about Sophie is her ability to meet me where I am, understand where I am coming from, and then involve me in the discussion of how to better my situation. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone struggling with mental health.

Sophie is incredible and builds rapport quickly! Her approach is holistic and balanced and she gives great practical tools. Absolutely recommended, especially for people who have (or desire) a mindfulness practice.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! Sophie is incredibly kind, understanding, and insightful. No matter what stage in life, I know I have this center as a resource for my mental health.
