This office is run horribly. Nobody answers the phones and when they do, they are rude. It takes over a week to get refills, they have sent me other people's prescriptions in the mail and they charge for non-visit refills. They generally all have a bad attitude. I'm done after being a patient for 2 years or so. I'm finding a new doctor.
front office staff is so terrible.. I only go here because my dr switched his practice there.. my review is based entirely on the office staff alone.
