As a woman, I prefer lady health practitioners. The practitioner I was seeing moved out of state so only male practitioners remain. I’ve asked several times over the past few months about when/if women practitioners will be on staff soon & they tell me the same thing: “yes but we don’t know when they’ll start”. You can get away with saying that the first time but months later is problematic as it erodes trust. They’ve either hired someone & know their start date or they haven’t. Never going back. Switched from 5 stars to 1. Seems like theres a shortage of finding good staff, aside from the ladies that have been there a while.
Rude older receptionist that didn't know what types of services they offered. Asked about a specific type of manipulation offered by most physical therapists and told me that I couldn't request injections?? When I said that if she wasn't sure what they offered, I wasn't sure about booking with them and she hung up on me. If I were the manager of the practice, I think I'd want to know that potential clients are being treated this way.
I have been a patient for about 10 years. Everyone is wonderful and very professional. I would like to give a special thanks to Dr Martin. I appreciate that little extra time you spent with me, explaining things more clearly for my understanding. It was a very positive experience. God bless you all.
Clinicians are fabulous, unfortunately the first contact staff is the reason I will be searching for a new provider. Multiple calls to speak with an office manager after a poor experience with scheduler went unanswered. Important message for your schedulers-train them to be patient when a booking. A call may take them more than their standard five minutes, and be open to plans they are not experienced with.
