I've followed their process to get a new patient appointment but have yet to be contacted weeks later. Tried calling and there is no way to get through to anyone to even talk to someone. Really Really frustrating.

Did an intake appointment and was told they would call once they matched a therapist with me. No one ever called. I even emailed the office and no one responded. How do you just leave someone hanging? They should have their medical license pulled. Totally unprofessional.
I tried to help my spouse to get help. Total nightmare as a new patient (Request). There automatic system even tells you it could be days or weeks. Not a way to run a business let alone mental health.
