Just had a procedure with Dr Russell, everything went well, results were clear and thorough. Quick in and out and Coastal Carolina staf was very nice and welcoming. Just don't expect anything more than a hello from Madeline. I had never met her before but she did talk at me for 3 minutes and then never saw her again. All business, 0 personality.
Fantastic providers! Explained everything in a manner I could understand. Easy to schedule and everyone was very pleasant. Highly recommend!
My experience with Mandy de Bruin was excellent. I felt supported and well advised on how to manage my condition.
Won't answer calls. Spent so much time trying to speak to someone about my upcoming appointment and to have a script called in to my pharmacy for the prep. After calling all week, still has not been called in. They want to send the script to their pharmacy and charge some ridiculous price. So frustrated 😠 with this poorly ran place
Zero stars. Office does not answer phone or respond to numerous messages. Please do NOT waste your time & money expecting care. I have NEVER left a review like this in my life-BEWARE, GO ELSEWHERE!
