Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was taken back promptly and made to feel comfortable and heard. Definitely recommend!
Very professional autumn is so friendly and caring. It was a pleasure to go in and see them.
My appointment was at 3;00 but was told to come in at 2:45. I assume this was for people that don’t fill out the information online which I did. So I sat for 15 minutes or more and was finally brought in to an exam room. My blood pressure was taken and then I waited one hour with no one to check on me.I finally got so frustrated thinking they forgot all about me that I opened the door and was told oh the PA is running behind. The staff was incredibly professsional, empathic and approachable. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease immediately. What a great experience, thank you to the entire staff, from the front desk at check in, through the appointment and checkout.
