Front office staff unprofessional. Center was great before becoming United Digestive. Now I’m calling Atlanta to schedule Savannah appt. Switcy back to LOCAL please!
Since I haven't had many, any hospital procedure is scary for me. Dr Mullady explained every thing so well I could relax. He also checked on me several times afterwards. And Laquisha has been so responsive to my calls for information.
I was having a crazy stressful day. When I entered the office, I was pleasantly greeted by Eloise (Jay). She smiled and just wiped away my stress of entering a doctor’s office. She took quality individualized care of me and my situation. She called in Tephany Gary who was able to discuss my symptoms and get me situated for my next appointment. The service in this office is above and beyond your normal doctor’s office experience: the personable touch was appreciated!
Referred here by my doctor. I had a weird experience scheduling the appointment but brushed it off. Day of they don’t even have a proper blood pressure cuff for both of the intake rooms so she had to try 3 times squeezing my arm to the point of numbness before just waiting for one from the other room. PA that I saw acted like it was a waste of time for me to even be there and that even if my bloodwork came back abnormal again they wouldn’t treat my condition. The Center For Digestive & Liver Health checks all the boxes for kindness, professionalism, and patient care. The intake personnel are courteous. The nurses aids that weigh you are kind. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. And the checkout ladies are kind as well. If I have to be sick I’m glad they are my caretakers.
