I’ve had enough of this place as of today. Dr Jacobson was my Dr. he had developed a passive attitude with me. He is no longer there He was a much older Dr in his mid 80s. His attitude toward me over an office emergency call left me not wanting to return. I was not sure where I should go so I was hesitant about selecting a new dr. The office is declining every year an now is becoming a money graver, they try to push the telemedicine, if the doctor does not have time to see me in person then I need a new doctor, they charge my insurance with extra charges, and the management of the office is all about money and not the patient. After 10 year I'm looking for a new doctor.
It is amazing how this place can ignore a patient! I am a patient of Dr Krysiak and have been for years and she gave awesome care. She transitioned to this location to give better care to her patients but the opposite has happened. The office staff is very cold and treat you as just a number. Okay, can deal with just being that. Yet what happened next is unbelievable, I would call it patient abuse. After my appointment in October I needed my insulin refilled.
