I had a issue with a refill and went on MyChart to send a msg to a nurse I ended up getting a call back from this office I never been here before but it’s not uncommon for my Dr to jump around the AHN network! I missed the call but called right back , the women who answered was very rude and wasn’t professional at all . I had great experiences with the prior physician at the location, but not with the new endocrinologist. I have a condition that fortunately is in remission. I recently experienced extreme symptoms and asked to be tested to confirm it hasn’t returned. After my lab work was completed, and it was confirmed my extreme symptoms were not related to my condition, I was made to feel small and stupid for questioning it.
