10/10 experience- check in was a breeze, i arrived right on time for my appointment and I didn’t have to wait long at all until they called my name to go in the back. I had Ruby as my hygienist and she was awesome- her work was very thorough and she was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while so I was nervous they would be judgmental- but I didn’t feel judged or ashamed at all coming here for my cleaning. I will be coming here from now on for dental health.

I went to see the Dentist in Aug 2025, it was suggested that I have deep cleaning. I received the cleaning before insurance was verified, I was assured that my cleaning would be covered. A couple of months later I received a bill in the mail and when I spoke with Cheri at Dental Excellence and she assured me that the dental hygienist left something off the report for the insurance company and it will be fixed and sent back to the insurance company. My experience started a little different, but quickly was corrected and just kept getting better with each visit. I appreciate their attention to details and the follow up is unmatched.
