Always a couple hours wait time. Office staff is okay. Had a nurse who twisted the needle in a vein to get blood out, which was sore and bruised for weeks. Dr skiba has not a clue on blood disorder hereditary hemochromatosis. Failed to run labs that included very important ferritin levels. I was not well for months. If you have hemochromatosis...walk away and use Texas oncology.
