Horrible client services. Takes forever to get in with them initially, and then even as an established patient, calls are answered days after messages are left and orders are not sent out when they state. If your OBGYN refers, find somewhere else. Felt more like another number than an actual patent who needed care quickly and efficiently.

My co-pay changes at every appointment, as does my balance. The people at the front desk seem very confused. On 2/18/26, I was told I needed to follow up on my lab work on 3/7/26, even though I had just completed lab work on 2/12/26. I explained that it didn’t make sense to repeat labs only three weeks later. She insisted that it needed to be done. After I continued to question it, she said she would ask the nurse. Please don’t go to this center. The front desk young lady is rude. They don’t know how to speak to their patients. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to this location. I’m leaving this office as soon as I finish with my appointment today.

I'm posting this review due to MY experience. Should get 0 stars. I was referred by the VA through community care to go to this place. They did absolutely nothing after waiting for almost an hour after my appt time!! My intelligence was insulted during a discussion with Dr M. because I called them out on what was not being done as suggested by the VA. The VA contacted them. No response from them. I was also told they'd call me to see what the next steps were after speaking with someone at the VA. They ignored all of the VA c... read more
