Very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Sharma’s office. I had already completed most of the new patient information online, yet was made to re-enter everything on an iPad, which took nearly 45 minutes. After all that, I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because Dr. Sharma was not there — and no one even notified me. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week. I keep getting transferred to a voicemail. I call back numerous times, only to be transferred to voicemail again. It is extremely frustrating and should not be so difficult!!
we having a lot of confusion about their time for scheduling front desk and nurse from inside having miscommunication when u go on time they says u guys are not scheduled and even lady from front desk give us time but inside have different stories waist of a lot of time dr sharma never in this clinic most of time he is busy in different locations we are working people making time from work is very difficult they should have well known about it before giving schedule even 10 minutes late they consider its late at least they s... read more
It takes an ACT of GOD to get admin. to accomplish ANYTHING! From start (making an appointment / insurance / communication) to finish (paying a $5 bill) it was a very unprofessional & unpleasant experience. I will however say the gentleman who did the scan was the only good that came from this experience. If we didn't have to go here we wouldn't have.
It has been a great experience having Dr. Sharma and The CenterTx at the Los Colinas location managing my care. I drive two hours to remain in care. That says a lot. Thanks for all you do!
