Impossible to get an appointment- I’ve been trying for weeks. Won’t return calls, and when I do call it’s a minimum of 15 minutes of waiting on hold to speak to someone who transfers me to a voice mail that isn’t answered or else the call is dropped entirely. I finally asked my PCP for a referral to a different place; I will not establish myself with a practice that is this frustrating to schedule with. Reading the other responses, it seems I’m not alone and that they have no intention of improving.
Very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Sharma’s office. I had already completed most of the new patient information online, yet was made to re-enter everything on an iPad, which took nearly 45 minutes. After all that, I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because Dr. Sharma was not there — and no one even notified me. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week. I keep getting transferred to a voicemail. I call back numerous times, only to be transferred to voicemail again. It is extremely frustrating and should not be so difficult!!
I love it here under the circumstances! From the front office to the back! I’m greeted with smiles and kind words! I have the best oncology in the world! Dr. Pinnapureddy!
Arrived at 7:40 am for a 8 am appointment. They require arrival 15 minutes before appointment and had confirmed via voicemail. When we arrived the doors are locked. I called phone was answered by answering service who cant take a message. They don’t open until 8:30 am. I guess because it a cancer center they don’t care about patients schedule or time.
