the phone service sucks, and I am being kind! the have been left on hold for over 20 minutes 2x today. Hung up on once! This service is unacceptable! this is not the first time I have been treated so poorly! A few months ago I was told to have a seat in the lobby after over one hour ask what was taking so long? En mis cinco anos de paciente con ella, siempre he tenido muy buen trato, con ella, con sus asistentes, con el nurse del laboratory, con las muchachas del front desk, con todos , y sobretodo con la doctora Pinnapugerry mi Oncologist.
