Good luck dealing with the office manager. Make sure you take lots of notes. But,I called MediCopy and was given the correct information. They were great at explaining what I needed. And trying to locate my paperwork, that I guess never got there. But Chris was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you Chris for your kindness and patience.
I am a new patient. I am trying to get a diagnosis. Had blood work done. Insurance requesting medical necessity to cover charge. My insurance office sent request to Dr Skiba. Nothing has been done. I have attempted by phone, email and fax to reach office a total of 7 times and NO call or response. Have bloodwork due at the end of the month and Labcorp has told me they will not take the draw with a balance and require this letter to cover appointment . I can't even start to say how disappointed I am in this Dr. Office.
Dr. Ross is very professional, patient, amazing bedside manner, kind and courteous. As well as his staff and facility!!! Very organized, efficient and helpful 👌🏿👍🏿😀👏🏿
