Went in for follow up visit was told I owed money from my initial visit. They couldnt tell me what for or give me an invoice for what they are trying to charge me. Said it will go to collections if I dont pay. I paid. Then walked out as I waited for over 2 hours to be told I owe money for something but never told what for. Never got to see my dr for the follow up visit. Will not be back. Will be posting 1* reviews everywhere I can. Very upset with their business practices. $675 for an initial consultation is absurd. Cancelled twice, awful service. Too bad Dr. **** left the practice.
the Center for Bone & Joint Surgery of the Palm Beaches, P.A. has terrible customer service. Long wait times for phone calls to schedule. On hold for 45 minutes or more with each call. Sometimes the company's phone will hang up and you have to start over. If you leave a voicemail, no one will call you back. I left a callback number over a week ago and was told I would be contacted to make an appointment as soon as possible yet I have not heard from anyone since. Patient care/contact is deplorable.
