This was first time ever at a bone doctor and I can tell you the entire office was friendly and kind. Front office, xray tech, young man that put the cast on, everything was perfect.

I reviewed the ortho surgeons listed on my preferred provider plan for knee pain treatment. The reviews written about Dr. Panas and the cpose proximity to my home contributed to my choice. The procurement of appointment date to being seen process was excellent. I was able to easily register online as a new patient, saving time. Everyone in the office was courteous and efficient. From check-in to x-rays to being seen by Dr. Panas was seamless. I would recommend this Lutz CBJD office and Dr Panas to anyone. Great experience.

Expensive incompetence. Charge you $200 in some random administrative fee on the spot for stepping through the door, separate and distinct from what they charge your insurance. For three 10 min visits to get my injections, that $600 in unrecoverable cash. Took them more than 2 months to source the required medication for my knee injections and schedule an appointment, despite weekly follow ups. Promised at the start it would take a week, two at the most.

I have been going to CJBD since 2018, 2 emergency ACDF neck surgeries with Dr. Raposo, who is absolutely phenomenal in terms of professionalism, knowledge, and bedside manner. Adam his P.A is unbelievably amazing! The office staff at the Lutz office is elevated by JP in the front office, who is always so friendly, professional, on point. Just such a pleasure to interact with. Being in unbelievable pain can be tough and dealing with such a confident team makes it much more easy to deal with. Thank you, thank you for all you d... read more
