The website clearly states that they treat asthma, describes several different types of asthmas, and indicates that they can help you develop a treatment plan. My experience was that if you have any other kind of asthma aside from allergic asthma (exercise induced, non-allergic) you will be dismissed by their doctor. It's a shame because the rest of the staff are very nice and polite, the facilities are easily accessible, and the wait times are short.
Do not go here! Halfway through our shot schedule they added a new form in which you check the shot vial and sign that it is yours. I asked why we had to do this now and the nurse confided that a patient was given someone else's dose by accident. Appointment times are not as flexible as other providers and usually are very limited. No real extended hours to help working families. ***THIS IS A LONG ONE, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK** It is hard enough to find a doctor AND nurse who you can feel comfortable with in general, it is even harder when you are in a new state. My allergies have been making me MISERABLE for several months but most recently have gotten ten times worse. I have been a patient for over 10 years, never have to wait. Very efficient. Friendly, helpful staff. Request Dr. Kwas Huston, always willing to answer my questions, cares about his patients.
I'm very pleased with Dr. Spider and his nurse. Thank you very much for getting me in quickly. I truly appreciated this today.
