Absolute nightmare. If you expect good care from limited staff, responses to phone calls, phone calls answered or all around good care, then do not go here. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Beware! Be diligent! Don't take their word! The facility is beautiful and clean. The rooms are a nice size. That's where the good ends. There were so many balls dropped while my father was there it's unbelievable. No one communicates to each other, the charting is inaccurate or doesn't occur at all. We had to repeat information to almost every shift. Had to fill out forms more than once. If we hadn't been present throughout my father's stay, he would have been written off completely. My mother has been place at center at lowery for a week and half. I was informed they will take care of her by the way of physical therapy and all human needs. Come to find out she can only be discharged if she gets up to walk, well PT has not been confronting that issue. In fact it has been PT in bed (along with eating, shitting, peeing in same place) not the fact of supporting their main issue of getting up to walk. Center at Lowry has been wonderful to work with. Nursing care is top notch and case management is very helpful and resourceful. Thanks Lowry for all you do
