Spent over 2 1/2 months there. The facility is very nice and kept clean. The Nursing staff staff and CNA's are exceptional and kind and very caring. The wound care peron Duncan is a miracle worker. The therapy staff (especially, Mike, Swayer, and Annita) were amazing and knowlegeable at their proffession. My Special thanks goes out to the hard working CNA's (Samaria, Ezra, and Adrian among others) who I hold a special place in my heart for the loving care they prvided me. My mother was there for 2 months. When discharged before her Medicare ran out, they sent no paperwork on catheter care or wound vac care. They sent her home with their wound vac which should never have happened. Physical therapy was almost nonexistent. Half of the time they were either late or never showed up at all. Don’t think my mom will go back there in the future
Their food stinks. Even worse on the weekend. The staff for the most are kind but sadly overworked. There discharge protocol is in adequate. The communication is sadly lacking. If the treat people who can advocate for themselves , I can only imagine how they treat those who can’t. Don’t leave your loved ones there. Not enough staff. It looks nice but it’s awful
I have been here 5 days of an expected 21+ day stay. Everything has been fantastic! The staff has been extremely helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Food: well, lunches and dinners are above expectations. Good taste and good selection. I highly recommend this facility.
Recommendedbeautiful place inside and the receptionist Tia was a great help But my main concern is acess i cld not see my family member because of your step restrictions i have claustrophobia real bad and i cld not use the steps and Tina cld not help me out i recommend that you change that real quick thank you karin jefferson
