I have been working with Heather Burkart from Her Well Being for the past few months and have learned so many new, yet simple ways to stay healthy. She has met me right where I am at and teaching me to do very basic things to manage stress, sleep issues and over all nutrition. Her website is amazing! I visited Sheri Lee during my pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made. She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. I also saw one of her other staff members during my visit. The women at 8 Branches created such a welcoming and warming environment for me. I was experiencing a very difficult pregnancy.
