RecommendedLast week, I attended a wonderful yoga class with Megan (Monday nights, Tuesday & Thursday mornings), received an USDA herbal supplement that really helped me, and also attended a beautiful baby shower in their event space. More off street parking was added recently. Check out The Center !!!

I had Mark for a 90-min massage, facial and foot scrub. Just had to write to say that though I’ve had many massages in my life so far, having one with Mark was nearly a religious experience! This man’s hands felt so sure and strong and confident in their direction; perfect pressure, making a distinct impression — relaxing my tense, knotted areas — yet not painful.
