Took my phone there and he said he could not find it and to come back later. çame ba c in a few we2 he said it's been to long and said violently get out6 of my shop I read other reviews and saw he did this to a lot of people. he sells used phones. what a slim ball! karma will get him. stay away from this guy !
I brought my phone to this shop when my son was born, They completely broke it and now almost 3 years later, still owe me 100 of the 300 he promised to pay me for it. I showed him the little paper his worker gave me last time I was here, and said I was crazy if I thought he was gonna Pay me anything because “in my mind we settled this” he asked for proof of receipts which he never once gave me. So far so good! I once needed a crack screen replaced. This is when I found this store. Not only did they replace it within a couple of hours, they did a top of the line job! For a little shop they are heavily busy so walk ins with questions seem to be the way to go. After only a couple of week, I managed to then drop it in the lake! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT do business here. My experience was nothing short of getting my phone stolen for the holidays. What was supposed to be a simple screen fix 3 months ago turned into me never seeing my phone again, with the owner of this "repair shop" telling me he had no obligation to give it back. This is a phone I have been paying for under contract, and he NEVER once answered his phone in my attempts to contact him. Took a little bit to get my phone fixed but they were slammed, they got the part and fixed it right away today plus they were so very kind and apologetic for the delay. Thank you guys SO MUCH!
iPhone 4 in shop for 5 weeks, never fixed. Finally got a refund. 99% of phone calls made to shop never get answered. Only 2 status update calls returned over a 5 week period. Only way to communicate since they don't answer the phone was to drive to the shop. Made 6 or 7 trips there with zero satisfaction. iPhone screens are not stocked contrary to website advertising and the ones they receive 3rd party have a high defect rate. Website also advertises same day repairs. Phone never fixed after 5 weeks.
