Took my phone here because the speaker wasn’t working - they attempted to diagnose, came up with a recommended fix, ordered the parts, and when I went to pick it up it still had the issue. They looked again, and said it would probably be a better approach to just get a new phone, and did not charge me for the work or parts they had already used! Very honest and transparent, I will always use this team when I need help with electronics repair.
