Mike is one of the best guys out there. He took in my iPhone4 that was having issues with the mic working during phone calls. He did everything that you could possibly do to fix it. Unfortunately, we found out that it was not an issue with the mic, it was an issue with the main board. After spending countless hours on it, he was not able to fix it (he could have, but the main board is extremely expensive), so he advised me on the cheaper route of just getting a new one.
