The cell gym is amazing!! I have been going there almost a year and I just love it. It’s hard but so worth it. The owner Jessica coaches in the mornings and I love her class. She cares about everyone’s progress and is personally vested in everyone’s safety and success. I also have Russ as a coach and he is great too. The programing is done by Phil Toon and he hits all the right things and makes it challenging and knows how to get results through careful programing.
