Do not book this venue for your wedding! Unfortunately, someone I know had a very disappointing experience after signing her contract, and the way the situation was handled was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Wedding planning is already stressful enough, and you should be able to trust your venue to honor their commitments. Based on their experience, I would not recommend this venue to other couples.
Horrible experience and incredibly disappointing business practices. The Cedar Room canceled our contract with no warning due to renovations, leaving us scrambling to find a new venue for our wedding reception. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of empathy or remorse for the position they put us in.
