I wanted to love The Caviar Co. in Tiburon because the products themselves are exceptional. The caviar was fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly high quality. The house made potato chips and crème fraîche were the perfect accompaniment, and the Veuve Clicquot picnic presentation is a fun, elegant touch. It's an experience that has so much potential. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the quality of the food. Throughout our visit, the team seemed distracted, forgetful, and surprisingly uninformed about the menu.... read more

Had the caviar flight maybe a I’m bias but the Sacramento one was my favorite..
Excellent caviar. Delightful service, they were so nice to teach me about caviar. Svetlana and kaciah were so sweet.
